100% whole bunch Adelaide Hills Syrah. There’s heaps of cranberry and juicy red currant flavours with a nice backbone of dried herbs and spice. It’s super fresh and easy drinking.
This wine is vegan friendly and was bottled unfiltered with minimal additives.
Hand-picked Syrah (picked early for freshness) was whole bunch fermented for five days before basket pressing into used Hogs Head barrels. This was later blended with 100% whole bunch Syrah (thirty five days on skins) and matured for six months in barrel.
