This wine is 1/3 MV6 clone (100% whole bunch) and 2/3 Pommard clone (30% whole bunch). The berries and bunches were fermented wild, with daily plunging/ foot treading. Following fermentation, the fermented juice was slowly basket pressed to old Hogs Head barrels and left on lees for ten months. Racked once for bottling. Minimal SO2 added.
