Made from hand-picked Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, this fume blanc is crisp and textural, with zingy citrus and spicy stone-fruit flavours. It’s perfect drinking- with food, or without!

This wine is vegan friendly and was bottled with minimal additives.


Hand-picked on a cool morning and whole bunch pressed directly to oak barrels. Natural yeast fermented then kept on full lees for five month. Blended then bottled without filtration. That’s it!
