A 50/50 blend of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir and Syrah, the Lazy Sunday is an easy drinking red, full of wild strawberries and sour cherries. This wine drinks best with a slight chill.

This wine is vegan friendly and was bottled unfiltered with minimal additives.

WINEMAKING DETAILS

Hand-picked Syrah (picked early for freshness) was whole bunch fermented for five days before basket pressing into used Hogs Head barrels. This was later blended with 100% whole bunch Pinot Noir and matured for six months in barrel.
