SURF’S UP! 2021


Our second version of Sauvignon Blanc, it’s a little funkier and more textural than the Island Life. One third was fermented on skins for one week, the remaining portion was whole bunch pressed. Matured in a second use puncheon for ten months on full lees then racked and bottled. There’s big lemongrass and grapefruit vibes with some textural grip and a tangy, saline finish. 50 doz produced.
