The first red we ever put in bottle back in 2016 and one of our most popular wines. It's a 50/50 blend of Pinot and Syrah. We've tried other combinations but 50/50 always seems to work best. You get the vibrant red fruit and acidity from the Pinot component and the early picked Syrah contributes intense red currant and peppery vibes. The Pinot was whole berry fermented with the Syrah being mainly carbonic maceration. This wine is AMAZING with a slight chill during summer.
