Our very first crack at Gamay! Kuitpo fruit, 100% whole-bunch fermented for ten days, then pressed to used French Oak puncheons for ten months matuaration. Super lively red fruits, bursting with intense violets and raspberries. Juicy acidity results in a long, mouth-watering finish. Drinks beautifully with or without a chill. This could well be our favourite wine at the moment.. Cheers!
