Vintage- 2023

Sauvignon Blanc from our place at Kuitpo. The fruit was picked, de-stemmed, then pressed directly into mostly older French oak (a mixture of Hogs Head and Puncheon sizes) for wild yeast fermentation. The use of seasoned oak enhances texture, without adding an oaky flavour. The cool 2023 vintage resulted in wines with great intensity and depth, with luscious grapefruit, citrus and mineral characters.
